Video, podcasts, and interactive content are dominating engagement. Repurposing content across channels saves time and boosts reach. Which format has worked best for your audience, and why?

While blog posts continue to rule over search engines, due to the popularity of AI tools, a lot of people are using AI to find information, therefore, people are using search engines less. However, video sharing platforms are growing faster than anyone can imagine, Therefore, using video for content marketing has higher success rate compared to blog posts

In my case, what has best worked is the video, especially in short and direct formats. The main reason is that the video allows you to condense a lot of information in a short time and, at the same time, emotionally connect with the audience. People not only consume what you say, but also how you say it: the tone of voice, gestures, energy. That generates confidence faster than a simple text.
That said, I don't like to depend on a single format. What I do is rethink every piece of content to live in different channels. A long video on YouTube, for example, I transform it into several short clips for Instagram Reels or Tiktok. If the topic gives more, I extract key ideas and turn them into a blog article or a LinkedIn post. I have even used the transcripts of these videos to build small podcast scripts.

I’ve noticed videos tend to get the most engagement, probably because they’re easier to consume and more visually appealing. Podcasts work well for deeper discussions, but they require a committed listener. Interactive content sparks participation, though it’s more effort to create.

Videos are trending a lot, so do podcasts. I was never into these (I'm a writer mainly), but it's a very good route to take, so that your content is diverse enough.
