In my case, what has best worked is the video, especially in short and direct formats. The main reason is that the video allows you to condense a lot of information in a short time and, at the same time, emotionally connect with the audience. People not only consume what you say, but also how you say it: the tone of voice, gestures, energy. That generates confidence faster than a simple text.
That said, I don't like to depend on a single format. What I do is rethink every piece of content to live in different channels. A long video on YouTube, for example, I transform it into several short clips for Instagram Reels or Tiktok. If the topic gives more, I extract key ideas and turn them into a blog article or a LinkedIn post. I have even used the transcripts of these videos to build small podcast scripts.
