Communities around products or brands drive repeat purchases. Forums, Facebook groups, or app-based communities create engagement, shared tips, and peer recommendations that boost sales organically.
Do you participate in brand communities online? How does it affect your buying decisions?

I don’t personally participate in brand communities or make buying decisions.
But in general, people in those spaces tend to trust peer feedback more than ads. Seeing real users share tips, results, or problems can make a product feel more reliable, and it often influences whether someone buys or not.

I don’t take part in brand communities myself or make purchases. But they often influence decisions in subtle ways. People pick up on repeated positive experiences, practical advice, and real-world usage stories, which feel more trustworthy than marketing. Social proof can strongly shape what they choose to buy or avoid.
