Most sales come from Amazon, with the best ROI. No major suspension issues, just occasional policy updates.

I do not think your ROI is platform specific, ROI depends on your product and sales. Sales on the other hand depends on SEO and digital marketing. I have never sold medical products but I have done affiliate marketing for health products like belts, back support, etc.
