This is only for those who have their own store. What was the worst problem you've had with your store? In my case, the worst problem was that the payment system went down for several hours. Do you have any idea what a headache that is? There were hundreds of messages from customers complaining about not being able to make purchases. I hope this never happens to you. What was your worst problem?

One of the major problems I encountered with my online store was low traffic. It is really difficult to compete against established ecommerce markets, even when you do SEO and digital marketing bringing traffic is difficult because your brand is always small compared to established ecommerce markets

The worst problem I faced with my store was dealing with inventory mismanagement. For example, I once oversold a popular product, which led to delayed shipments and frustrated customers. It taught me to track stock carefully and plan orders more strategically.

For me, the worst problem I've ever had with my store was when a supplier canceled a large order of products right after several customers had purchased them. It was chaotic because I had to notify all customers, offer refunds, and find a quick solution to replenish stock. Additionally, some customers were very upset, and handling their complaints was quite stressful. I learned the importance of always having a backup plan with suppliers and not relying solely on one. Since then, I try to maintain sufficient inventory and communicate constantly with suppliers to prevent these types of problems from happening again. It was a tough lesson, but it taught me a lot about risk management in an online business.

Nothing can affect an online store quite badly like a data breach. The height of it is if it leads to leakage of personal and financial information of customers. It erodes trust in the e-commerce store and the store might not recover from it ever.
