However, this is not the case, many door to door salesmen collect WhatsApp numbers and many businesses market their WhatsApp business offline. So, WhatsApp is being used in a broader manner. So, how do you market WhatsApp offline?

Honestly, I don't think I understand what you explained about WhatsApp offline marketing. I have never seen anyone get any messages on WhatsApp without being online to do so. How is that categorised into being offline marketing WhatsApp? WhatsApp can't be used offline, so there's nothing like Offline marketing WhatsApp to the best of my knowledge.
