I then send a follow-up email with the recorded content and additional materials, incentivizing attendees to take the desired action, such as registering for a course or trying a product. I also review metrics such as attendance, dwell time, and subsequent conversions to adjust future strategies and improve effectiveness. This combination of promotion, engagement, and follow-up often yields positive results.
