Should you use AI images on forums?

Using AI images in forums could be a big challenge due to search engines penalizing your forum. You don't want search engines to penalize your forum, right? However, I am not sure if using AI images is actually allowed on forums because many websites do use AI images. What about forums?

A forum does not need images, a forum is basically a text based community. Well, you can certainly share multi media but a forum is not a place to share multi media. Using AI generated media in moderation has no harm but you need to mention that AI was used to create the image

Well, ai have seen many members posting funny memes and other stuff in forums. They post it in the comment section. This means that AI-based images are being used by many members. Having said that, this is why I was concerned.

Maybe because it is not used much on forums. I won't like to make use of one as going on Google to look for cool images are far better, if I have the need to make use of one.
