Loyalty program are offered to customers who regularly visit your stores and purchase your products. They may be the kind of customers who always purchase products from your store, despite competition being really high. So, should you offer loyalty program to your customers? I also believe that certain customers do deserve to get loyalty rewards. We must understand that there is a lots of competition in the market. Under such kind of conditions, if a customer is being loyal then we must offer our token of appreciation in the form of loyalty program. We must offer rewards to customers who buy from us in a continuous manner.

However, there are also some disadvantages like added management costs, potential abuse, and reduced profit margins if rewards aren’t planned well.
