Don’t assume all supplements are safe to sell. Label claims, ingredients, and certifications matter for legal sales.
How do you ensure your supplements meet legal standards? Any compliance tools you recommend?

Building a reputable brand depends on compliance. It's really helpful to use the third-party auditors for audits and to ensure that the manufacturing processes are compliant with GMP.

I thought the same thing, going to external auditors is perfect in these cases to guarantee the manufacturing processes

When selling health supplements online, it's crucial to comply with laws set by authorities like the FDA or equivalent. Avoid making unverified health claims, ensure product safety and labeling accuracy, and never sell banned or prescription-only substances. Transparency and compliance protect your business and customers.

I haven't sold supplements, but if you want you first need to make sure if the supplement you are trying to sell is legally manufactured (has manufacturing license, has approval form drug department, etc.

Selling health supplements online requires that it is licensed by the Food and Drugs Regulating Agency of the country that you are selling in. That's the first step to define legality of health supplements sold online. Also, you would need proper labelling as a legal requirement and the product must be clearly marked as a food supplement and marketed as such.
