Amazon is dominant, but there are other options like Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, and niche platforms. Have you had success on non-Amazon marketplaces?

Which marketplace has provided the best ROI outside of Amazon? Do you think Walmart Marketplace will grow to compete with Amazon?

Etsy is good as you can sell print on demand, digital products and hand made products. But Etsy comes with a price, you not only have to pay for listing but also pay sales commission and payment processing fees. Walmart Mrketplace, I have no idea about this. eBay is a good platform and it is good for dropshipping as well.

Marketplaces like eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, and Target+ are strong alternatives to Amazon. For niche products, platforms like Newegg, Rakuten, or Shopify (if you want more control) can also help expand reach without relying solely on Amazon.

If you are selling to an audience from my location, you would do well selling from Ali Express. Many retailers of tech products, fashion products and other general stuff order in wholesale quantity from Ali Express.
