Nano and micro-influencers often outperform celebrities in engagement. How do you choose the right influencers without overspending, and what metrics do you track for partnership success?

Why should you partner with an influencer and become an influencer yourself? Why should you spend money to pay to the influencer when you can use the same money to build your followers and improve your reach?

It totally agrees with the idea that Nano and Microinfluencers usually give better results than great celebrities. I have also proven it in own campaigns: the closeness and authenticity they transmit makes the audience trust its recommendations more. To choose the right ones, the first thing I do is analyze the coherence between its content and the brand values. It is of no use that have thousands of followers if they talk about issues that are not related to the product or service that I want to position.
Another key aspect is to review the quality of the interaction. I do not look only at the amount of likes, but in the comments: are they real, show genuine interest or see generic? That says a lot about whether they really have a solid community or simply passive followers.

Influencer partnerships can boost brand visibility and trust, especially if the influencer aligns with your audience. But they can be costly, and results aren’t guaranteed.

If you are partnering with influencers to promote your product, then there are various things you should consider first. First of all, what type of audience does the influencer have? If the audience of the influencer is irrelevant to your product, then you may not get the desired results. So make sure the audience is related to your products. Several people make the mistake of trying to sell products to people who do not need it in the first place!

It can work well, if you hit the right audience. It can be extremely expensive and in many cases it's a waste of money. But, when you do get the right partnership you would see excellent results.
