I used to think online based business should focus on advertising and promoting online, while offline based business should do the same offline, but these days i noticed offline businesses now have online presence and even carry out advertisment and various promotions online, while this still makes sense, what about businesses with no physical space, how can they really benefit from offline marketing?

Customers are scattered, therefore, as a business or a marketer, you need to leverage all kinds of marketing channels to reach your target audience. Over 5 billion people use internet, but these people also use radio, television, newspaper, etc. So with online and offline marketing you can create a strong brand presence.

You can use print materials, events, packaging, and in-store promotions to drive people to digital platforms. QR codes, hashtags, and exclusive online offers turn real-world interactions into clicks, followers, and lasting digital relationships.

You can increase online engagement through offline marketing by including QR codes on flyers, posters, or packaging that link to your website or social media. Host in-person events encouraging social shares, distribute branded merchandise, and use offline ads to drive online contests or campaigns.

The thing is that most people you see offline are online as well. So using offline marketing is can still reach such ones who probably didn't come across the online marketing.

The good thing about offline marketing is that you will reach people who are not online on the internet, when they are on the street, on their way to work or home they will come across your ad, even if they watch TV, so offline marketing is usually a great option

To effectively increase online engagement through offline marketing, businesses should focus on integrating digital elements into physical campaigns, creating consistent branding across channels, and using offline interactions to drive online traffic and data collection
