A good graphic designer is a kind of skilled professional who knows how to survive in a tough market. We are living during times where AI is dominating the job market a d many graphic designers think that AI will take over their jobs. Moreover, the job market is very saturated when it comes to graphic designing. This is why it is very important to deal with competition when it comes to graphic designing. So, how do you actually become a good graphic designer considering all of these facts

You can only get better by practising. It is not always very easy for every new graphics designer to start getting jobs, but trust me that if you can be able to get jobs, it will help you become better at learning the graphics designing and improving your skills at it.

To become a good graphic designer, you need to practice a lot. You can start by downloading Canva on your smartphone or laptop and creating basic designs first. You can get inspiration from other graphic designers out there, but it is better to create a design on your own.

You need to master your skills with graphic designing tools and software. For example, you need expert level skills in Canva and Photoshop. There are also other tools and software but these two are most used. Once, you know how to use these tools you will become very good at graphic designing.

Becoming a good graphic designer requires you to master design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Learn design principles, color theory, typography, composition, and layout. Practice by creating personal projects, redesigns, or volunteer work. Study other designers’ work, seek feedback, and stay updated with trends.

I do graphic designing but I don't claim to be very good. You can become really good if you keep practicing and studying great design work. Start by learning the basics of typography, color theory, and layout. Get familiar with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Consistent practice, real projects, and honest feedback help a lot. Focus on solving problems, not just making things look pretty. It takes time to grow skill naturally.
