What are the main differences between VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting and shared hosting? Should I consider upgrading to VPS hosting for better performance and security, and how does it compare in terms of cost?
But shared hosting is right for websites that is not yet dealing with sensitive data and that does not get a lot of traffic..Am I right? Most small websites do not need VPS hosting. Correct me if I am wrong? With shared hosting, you share the server with multiple users. With VPS, you will get a partitioned space on the physical server. This space is not shared by other users. Therefore, VPS is secured than shared hosting. VPS is more expensive than shared hosting
