AI technology has transformed the ecommerce business especially through customer support systems and marketing solutions.. The use of chatbots has shortened response periods and AI analytics systems has also helped in generating customized product suggestions to customers.
 
AI is used in e commerce to analyse the behaviour of a customer and send personalized recommendation of products to him or her. That way, the customer easily finds what he or she is looking for on the e commerce platform.
 
I am yet to integrate AI tools in my online storefront. I know that the platform used AI tools to show my ass to customers that would be interested. And that is just about that.
