Too much testing can slow momentum, but too little can waste budget. Where do you draw the line between optimization and over-analysis? How often do you adjust campaigns once they are performing steadily?

You can optimize without over-testing by changing one variable at a time and giving each change enough data before judging it. Focus on a few high-impact elements like audience, creative, and placement instead of constantly tweaking everything. Use clear KPIs so decisions are based on trends, not short-term fluctuations.

The line between optimization and over-analysis is usually crossed when changes stop improving outcomes and start reacting to noise.
I tend to stick to a simple rhythm. I don’t adjust campaigns frequently once they’re stable, maybe every 1 to 2 weeks unless there’s a clear performance shift or a new hypothesis worth testing. Daily tweaking often creates instability instead of growth.
