When it comes to traffic monetization, ad blockers are creating a really huge problem for many people, especially publishers. There are many people who always complain about their advertisement revenue getting eaten up by such kind of AdBlock software. I believe that website owners deserve to earn ad revenue. So, how do you deal with this problem?

Some of my sites that were making $100 per month are now not even earning $20, thanks to ad blockers. If you are depended on ads like Google Adsense for revenue, there is no way you can built better revenue with most people using ad blockers. However, if you already have a good traffic, you can try embedding affiliate links, which are largely unaffected by ad blockers.

Unfortunately, ad blockers are causing a lots of trouble for advertising revenue earnings. Advertising revenue has dropped significantly due to these adblockers. I think ad blockers charge a fees and this is how they earn revenue. Some of the advertisement blockers are free to use and this is why many people install them. These ad blockers are also available on play store as well.

Ad blockers are certainly a main culprit for loss of revenue for website owners. However, a lot of people continue to browse without ad blocker. For example, I never use ad blocker. That's because I understand how important ads are for publishers.

There are many advertising networks that certainly do understand this problem. The simple solution here is to ask publishers to disable their as blockers. This way customers and visitors will understand the main reasons for not using ad blockers and disable it.

Ad-blockers are tough, but I try to focus on earning attention instead of fighting users. Clean layouts, non-intrusive ads, and helpful content usually keep people from blocking anything in the first place. Some sites use soft prompts asking users to whitelist them, while others switch to affiliate links, sponsorships, or paid memberships. The idea is to offer value so users don’t feel the need to block anything.
