When it comes to graphic designing, each audience should have a different approach, let's say you are designing a flyer for a child's event or party, the type of fonts, color and arrangement should be completely different from when making a flyer for a company or brand.

This is why flexibility matters a lot. An experienced graphic designer should know that what works for one person might not work for another. So it is important that one finds out what the preferences of the current client are.

It always start with identifying the target audience and the analyzing the purpose. When you know your audience, you can include the elements that your audience likes. When you know your goal (where you want to use your design and what you want to use your design for), it will be easier to include elements that can bring in engagements.

I am not a designer but I understand audience centric design. Your design should look appealing to your target audience. If designs are attractive to your potential customer, you can expect good sales.
