When I was building my first website, I wanted it so perfect that I hired a graphic designer on Fiverr to do logo and banner. I used Photoshop myself but I wasn't good so I hired a professional. I was satisfied with the work. These days I don't hire graphic designers on Fiverr but I do hire freelancers for other purpose.
