Many brands focus on quick conversions, and they try to do this through discounts and offers, but storytelling builds long-term value. Have you seen content-led campaigns outperform price cuts, or do discounts still win when it comes to actual revenue?
 
Story telling can certain bring in sales but I do not think they can actually compete with discounts. People chase discounts, when they get discounts they even end up buying things that they might not even use it.
 
I think storytelling can compete with discounts, especially long term. Discounts trigger quick purchases, but stories build emotional connection and trust. When people relate to a brand’s story, they’re more likely to remember it, return, and recommend it without waiting for constant price cuts.
