Content Management Systems are abundant, but which is the best for a beginner? When I say best I mean easy to use and also versatile. WordPress is user-friendly and versatile, but how does it compare with drag-and-drop website builders. Joomla and Drupal offer more complexity but also offer greater customization. What’s your pick for someone starting their first site? How steep is the learning curve?

If you want a whole package such as blog, ecommerce, and a forum, wordpress can be a solution. If you want a forum you might try free like SMF or paid like Xenforo. Drupal and Joomla are very good but you need to be highly skilled to use these CMS

I agree with what you say about WordPress and not only that, Wix is not far behind either, at least it has never failed me.
