I mean there are certainly clear differences between a website and a forum. However, I think that there are several key differences between a forums and a website from a viewer's perspective. I mean when you run a forum you have to keep an eye on each and every user. Policing is a very important aspect of SEO, but I think that admins should be lenient. So, what are some other key differences between a forum and website at a managerial level?

Website is a generic term that can mean anything including forum, blogs, and online store. Forum is a website that is basically an online community. Forum is user generated content site that is older than social media.

I think that a website could be used in a really braider manner. A website is a bit different from a blog. This is because usually the design if a blog is a bit different from a casual website. We can have a look at WordPress blogs and see how they different from other websites.

A forum focuses on user interaction, letting members post, reply, and discuss topics. A website mostly shares information from the owner without much back-and-forth. Forums thrive on community contributions, debates, and problem solving, while websites deliver content for reading. Forums evolve with member activity, making them dynamic compared to static websites.

A forum is built around conversations, not just one-way content just like blogs. Instead of a website where the owner talks and visitors read, a forum lets many people share ideas, ask questions, debate, and build relationships. The value comes from community interaction rather than a single voice.
