I like to use open source forum software because it keeps my forum running cost. I have tried multiple open source forum software but my favorite one is SMF. As far as premium software is concerned, I think Xenforo is pretty awesome. It is easy to use, and is also one of the most used forum software
Popular forum software options like Discourse, XenForo, and phpBB are great for building a community. Discourse offers modern features and strong engagement tools, while XenForo is user-friendly with customization options, and phpBB is reliable for larger, well-established communities.
Each person have their own financial capacity. If it's possible to afford using XenForo, that's what I'm going to recommend using for running any forum. It's a paid forum software.
