I don't like being pissed off because it's usually very difficult for me to calm down. If I don't talk to my favorite person when I'm very angry or tensed over any problem, it's hard calming down for me.

How do you calm down yourself whenever you're at a boiling point?

Calming down oneself is a really big thing and it is very rewarding. Hadith of Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) say that a real wrestler is the one who calms oneself during anger and a real wrestler is not the one who is good at overcoming others in a physical manner.

A person should attend anger management sessions if anger really bothers him. Seeking anger management session is one of the best days to overcome anger.

Listen to music, try to quickly eliminate the thought of what makes me feel angry or bad, play a video game, watch videos on the internet that make me feel good, that's generally what I usually do.

Music is a great therapy. It works very well especially if the person put up a good playlist which resonates with the person very well. This is why I have different playlist for every mood I'm currently in.

I play video games when I am very angry. It is one of the ways that I get to calm myself down when I am not feeling that happy. Another way that I get to calm myself down is by going to watch football at the stadium.

I go into full lock down or isolation when I'm very angry. I don't like talking to anyone because I might end up saying something I'm going to apologise for which I don't like.

When I get really angry, I have a hard time thinking clearly, so the first thing I do is remove myself from the situation. Sometimes simply walking for a few minutes helps relieve tension. I also find it helpful to put on some calming music or even write down what I'm feeling in a notebook to get it out of my head. If it's something really intense, I practice deep breathing because, although it may seem basic, it really helps slow my heart rate and relax. Other times, talking to someone I trust also helps, as it gives me a different perspective.

I curse a lot :D

Also organizing my daughter's Legos seem to keep me cooler.

The most important thing is doing whatever that is going to make you stay calm. This is because if you don't, you may end up cursing someone to the extent that they wouldn't want to be friends with you anymore.

My mentor used to say that sometimes it is very important to let your shît out, otherwise it is going to blow up inside you and you don't want to have yourself been messed up because of the whole thing that you have bottled up.

I always find a place to rest my head and watch videos on TikTok when someone or a situation pisses me off. That's for my mind to calm so that I would not respond or react to that situation.
