I do not think there is an exact answer to this question. It depends on how you are using it. For instance, deepfake, you shouldn't, republishing 100 percent of what chatGPT generated, you shouldn't But you can use edited article, AI generated videos clips on your social media content, AI generated images and art.

Using AI for social media content is, I guess, quite okay as long as you do not copy everything. Failing to add a personal touch may lead to issues later on. Hehe.
I use AI for many things so I don't see the problem, as long as you write it yourself or give it your touch, since AI is simply an assistant, it is not in any case the final product, it depends on the human hand to achieve the objective.
