Customers like personalization, but overly specific targeting can feel creepy. How do you draw the line? Do you use dynamic ads that change based on browsing behavior? What strategies have helped you personalize campaigns while keeping trust intact?
 
I always target ads to customers based on the information they willingly shared with me. I don't use third party data about a customer to send personalized ads. That would be invasive. Personalized ads based on zero party information always seems to feel genuinely helpful to the customers.
