Is SEO a part of digital marketing strategies or is it different from digital marketing method. If SEO and digital marketing are different, what makes them different, and if they are similar concepts, what are the similarities?

SEO is one branch of internet marketing, or digital marketing to be precise. The primary aim of SEO is to rank higher on search engines. By doing this, the website will get more traffic, build brand and even generate sales.

If that’s the case, how does it differ from other forms of internet marketing? For instance, paid ads bring instant traffic, social media builds engagement, and email marketing nurtures leads but SEO seems more like a long-term game focused on organic reach. How do they all complement each other?

SEO is a form of marketing for a site. It could be the site generates revenue from direct sales to consumers. Or it makes money from monetization. SEO makes the site more visible to attract visitors to the site that would potentially help the site to generate revenue. SEO is definitely a form of marketing.

Yes it is, in fact it is one of the first online marketing that existed, I don't know if affiliates or ads existed first, but the SEO issue is one of the first, although it is not direct marketing it has a marketing part since all the SEO work is done to improve something, reach as many people as possible and ultimately promote a site, product, page, etc. so technically yes it is.

SEO is a type of marketing focused on improving website visibility in search engines. I see it as a very useful strategy within digital marketing that drives organic traffic by optimizing content, keywords, and user experience to attract potential customers.
