Sometimes ads generate quality traffic, but visitors still don't convert. How do you determine whether the issue is your marketing, landing page, pricing, or overall user experience? What's your troubleshooting process?

I usually look at the data first. If traffic is low quality or targeting is off, it's likely a marketing problem. If visitors engage but abandon forms, carts, or key pages, the website is often the issue. Analytics, user behavior, and conversion funnels help identify where people drop off.

I usually start by looking at the funnel one step at a time. If the traffic is relevant but people leave quickly, I examine the landing page. If they stay but don't take action, I review the offer, pricing, trust signals, and calls to action. I also watch user behavior, compare conversion rates across traffic sources, and test one change at a time to identify what's actually causing the drop.
