How Do You Know Which Members Are Worth Reaching Out To?

I usually look for members who show genuine interest in the community, even if they aren't posting constantly. Someone who asks thoughtful questions, gives helpful replies, or regularly reacts to discussions can be worth reaching out to. Consistent interest matters more to me than simply having a high post count.
I think early activity and genuine interest are the biggest indicators. Someone who asks thoughtful questions, responds to others, and shows curiosity is more likely to become a long-term contributor than someone who simply posts frequently. The quality of their early interactions often says more than their post count.
