Some users repeatedly receive guidance but don’t adjust. What do you do whan your users do not follow guidelines and feedback? When do you continue guiding, and when do you escalate action? Do you ban users who refuse to go by rule book?

If the members disregard feedback and if they continuously make the same mistakes of violating posting or behavioral rule, I have no option other than to ban them
I usually start with gentle guidance and reminders, clearly explaining the rules and why they matter. If a user repeatedly ignores feedback, I escalate gradually, warnings, temporary restrictions, or limited posting privileges.
Banning is a last resort, used only when repeated attempts at correction fail, the behavior disrupts the community, or safety is at risk.
