Email campaigns can boost eCommerce retention, but inboxes are crowded, and many people simply ignore marketing emails. Are you seeing results from personalized emails? What’s your top tip for crafting emails that drive sales?

Generally speaking, email marketing still works, however, whether it will work for you or not depends on a lot of factors. Some common factors are how big is your email list, whether your lists consist of genuine subscribers or not, whether you are sending the right marketing emails to the right people or not, what products and services you are promoting, etc.

Obviously it works, why would it stop working? It's something that still has a great future, and a fairly long term one. I think it has at least another decade of future. Until then, you can't take anything for granted. After 10 years, you can already doubt whether it will continue working or not, since new things will exist. Although e-commerce may possibly advance and evolve into e-commerce in VR or something like that, it's very likely. E-commerce in virtual reality, it's likely that this will be the great leap for e-commerce and its future.

One reason why a lot of people think it no longer works is because these days marketing emails are commonly associated with spam. Well, if you are sending a lot of emails and low value content, you are certainly spamming, and it does not work for you

Personalized emails often boost engagement and sales. My top tip is to segment your audience carefully and tailor content to their interests or behaviors, make the message relevant, clear, and include a strong, easy-to-find call-to-action.

People might click on your email if they have whitelisted it, however, if your content is not informative and useful and just promotional, they might never engage with it. Your email marketing will work only when your email content is high value.

I still check my mails every day. And I make sure to open new ones and see what they are about. So yes, I believe that email marketing still works. But most of them may not land in the main inbox, and people do not tend to open those ones.

Email marketing certainly work. However, you must create the perfect kind of strategy if you want to make it work. Understanding your audience and the person receiving your email is very important. Juicy offers and irresistible deals are something you should be considering when offering something really exceptional. Also offer free customer care service and priority support as well.
