I personally think that handwritten notes are effective in offline marketing. They help build an emotional connection with customers, which makes them feel valued and cared for because you took the time to write those notes just for them. What can you say?

I tgink handwritten notes can be effective in offline marketing. they feel personal and thoughtful, making customers feel appreciated and more connected to a brand, which can leave a lasting positive impression.

A handwritten note to a customer shows deep value and communicates to the customer that they are valued above the transaction. A hand-written note communicates to a customer that they are the "end" and not the means to an end. Any business that sends hand written notes of thanks to a customer would most likely build a very strong relationship with those customers.

How do you suppose to use hand written notes for marketing? You mean you just write about your products and services on a paper and then pass it to your potential customers? Frankly speaking, I do not see it very effective, in fact it is not even possible to hand out your hand written notes to too many people

I totally agree with you, handwritten notes have a power that is often underestimated in current marketing. Precisely because we live in such a digitalized era, where everything is automated and massive, a gesture as personal as a handwritten note highlights much more and generates a strong emotional impact. It is not just about thanking or giving greetings, but about demonstrating that someone behind the business really took the time to write something unique. This authenticity is difficult to replicate with an email or an automated message.
I have seen specific cases in which small brands, such as online stores of handmade products, include a brief note written in each package. Something as simple as "Thank you for your purchase, I hope you enjoy this product" accompanied by the person's name, you can make a difference in customer experience. Many times, that detail ends up being shared in social networks, which amplifies the visibility of the brand at no additional cost.

I have a client, turned friend, who always sends me my checks with a written note. I absolutely adore them, she writes about how much she appreciates my work and it's such a pleasure to get them.
