Due to my chronic illness, I make an effort to avoid processed foods. I consume them on special occasions or very rarely. Instead, I prefer to eat fresh fish, chicken, and vegetables. By cooking at home, I not only know exactly what is in my food, but I also save money. Do you always eat processed food?

No, not always, I like various foods that I eat, many times I eat fast food or junk food and I love it, I don't see the point in never being able to eat these types of foods, my diet is based on eating whatever I want.

No, I hardly eat processed food because they are like poison. I can cook very well which is why I shop for my food items and groceries all the time when I'm low on stock. Also, I have a daughter whom I can't allow to eat processed food.

I wouldn't say I always eat processed food, as I know it is not good for you to eat too much, but sometimes, if I fancy a specific food and it is processed, I will eat it.

Fresh foods and natural foods are best eaten the most, though.

I rarely eat processed food. Instead of store bought breads, we make out own breads, we do not eat processed meat, we like toi buy fresh chicken meat. We also make our own sauce.
Avoiding processed food is the best approach. It helps one live a healthy lifestyle. I try as much as I can to avoid eating processed food in most cases and that has helped me stay healthy.

Processed food are poison as far as I'm concerned. I don't eat any kind of processed food or drinks because I know how dangerous they are in human body. 90% of the sickness we suffer today is as a result of what we eat especially processed food.

I always eat fresh food. I don't really fancy processed foods. I just like to be in control of what I eat. I go to the market on weekends, buy enough vegetables to make my soup for the entire week and eat. It is because I am fresh food person that I rarely eat out.
