Turning a blog post into a video, infographic, or podcast is common, but does it dilute originality? Or is it an efficient way to maximize reach? Do you think repurposing works better for SEO or for audience engagement?
 
I do not think content repurposing can be termed lazy strategy, in fact it is smart strategy. By repurposing your content, you are actually attracting more people. For instance, if you repurpose blogs into videos, you will be able to capture people who do not read but like to watch videos
 
To repurpose content and it is still effective, focus must be placed on transformation of the content. If it is a video content that you want to repurpose to text, break every 60 seconds of the video into a well written paragraph that serves as a distinct tip. That way, the repurposed content becomes an asset and gives a different experience. That is not lazy.
