Behind The Scenes videos and blog stories humanize your brand and build emotional loyalty. Are you using this angle?

What behind-the-scenes content has gotten the most engagement for your brand?

Well, I have not done this myself buy I have bought a lot of products after seeing the behind the process. I watch and read a lot of content that show behind the scenes. I think this type of content can be used for marketing and it tends to generate more sales

Brands that sell handcrafted products are the ones that would leverage Behind The Scene contents to make sales massively. Customers tend to value the story and the backend work behind the amazing product they behold. And those Behind the Scene contents appeal so much to their emotions to make a purchase.

Behind-the-scenes content is a powerful marketing tool because it builds trust and humanizes the brand. I use it to show real moments, team efforts, and product processes, making the audience feel included, connected, and more loyal to the brand.

If you are doing video marketing, creating behind the scene videos and publishing video across video platforms can help you. However, your videos should be short, possibly under 60 seconds, and even best of you have optimized for mobile device (vertical videos)

The one that generates emotional impact like medicines for elderly people because it reminds them of their grandparents is the one that worked best for me, since it generates sentimentality in them, they end up buying it. I don't know if you understand it, but that's how it benefits me.

sentimentality actually helps in marketing and sales. These days a lot of people are interested in learning how it is made, how it is packed, etc. This builds trust and sentimentality in them about the product. That's why behind the scene videos get a lot of traction.
